Yes my dear friends we made it, safe and sound to our hotel! We've been awake for, well what would it be, 28 hours now.. and those were the longest 28 hours ever I tell you! I don't know what the captain thinks is a pleasant flight, but a ten-hour flight is not pleasant! Especially when the ooh so friendly woman in the seat in front of you, decides to have the back of chair down, the whole damn flight. And when we asked if she could possibly move her chair back, she said she couldn't because her back hurt... I'll tell you my knees hurt so badly after those ten hours I could barely walk!
Anyways after a very long trip (in which we ate a lot of plane meals), with a transfer in Bangkok, we finally landed on the National Airport of Laos. The airport here is not much bigger than our school. And for the people back in The Netherlands, it's about 30 degrees here, how about that?!
The hotel is a good place to stay and has it's own form of entertainment. The electricity sometimes feels like shutting down. Very funny when you're making a phonecall or are on skype. And when you go and ask what's wrong, the guy just tells you it's normal that the electricity is cut off. Hopefully it won't happen again or otherwi-

Let me know if we have to make other arrangements for the hotel.And when we can skype.
I think cutting of electricity etc is not unusual in a place like Laos......

A lot of plane meals, I know that feeling, I think that in the past 25 hours I've eaten plane dinner twice and plane breakfast three times, I lost all feeling of time.. Good luck with your internet and hotel! (I just tried to connect to the internet here and it ended up in such a way we had to contact the internet company.,.. I killed it xD) -
