and it was. Or at least it has been our last day of workexperience at the Vientiane International School and tomorrow evening we're heading back to the cold, cold, supercold like freezing country called The Netherlands (the good thing is that I can finally eat Hagelslag again :) ).
Sooo, yes, lot of finishing off little tasks at the school: we did some report card labeling, packing the gifts for the graduates, finish some general inventory and labeling work. Of course we had to say goodbye to a lot of people we met there as well. Also it is quite remarkeable how many thanks we got, while we should be the ones to thank them! Furthermore nearly everyone asked us when we'd be coming back (we will someday!).
As finishing touch of the workexperience we went to the sisterschool again. We sang along with the head and shoulders song as well as trying to teach them some names of colours.
Now the coolest thing comes (at least for us) as a thank you gift from our contacts (Kim and Addie) we got a manicure and pedicure in a massage chair!! Oh my feet and hands have never been this soft! After the manipedi we went to have dinner with the four of us and they gave us some presents; two really awesome books and a sticky rice basket (seriously I'm gonna miss the sticky rice!! It's delicious).
Pfeeww little longer than usually, but heey, that tends to happen when you have such an exciting last workexperience day! Tomorrow will be our last day in the city, and we'll get a traditional Lao massage (hehe) and visit the National Museum and some more stuff you'll hear later on!
